Frequently asked questions
Travel Fees
Sessions within Blount County include travel at no additional charge.
For sessions located outside of Blount County, a flat $25 travel fee will be added to the session total. This fee helps cover the additional mileage and travel time associated with locations outside the county.
Booking & Payment
A $25 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. Your session will not be considered booked or reserved until the retainer has been received.
Once your retainer has been received, a session contract will be sent to your email for review and signature.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, preferably in cash. If paying in cash, exact change is appreciated.
A confirmation will be sent one week prior to your scheduled session to confirm your date, time, and session details.
Gallery & Delivery
Your online gallery will be delivered via email within 3 weeks of your session. I always do my best to deliver galleries sooner whenever possible, but please keep in mind that I am also a busy mom of three handsome boys! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
If you have a specific deadline, please let me know before booking so we can discuss your timeframe.
Once your gallery is available, you’ll be able to select your favorite images, share your gallery, and download your photos.
Please be sure to download and save your images within 30 days of gallery delivery, as the gallery link will expire after this time. Once the gallery has expired, access to your images may no longer be available.
Milestone Sessions
For milestone sessions, a smash cake by Angels' Delights is available upon request.
The cake will be delivered directly to the session location prior to your scheduled session, so no pickup is required.
Once your retainer has been received, a cake order form will be sent to you to select your cake details.
